- Customer has to fill up their “Expression of Interest” (EOI) form.
- NTT will send you the proposal with payment frequency.
- On receiving the 1st payment we will share all the land documents for your review.
- On getting satisfied with the documentation, you have to pay the advance amount as per the proposal.
- NTT will apply for 11E sketch. Time required for getting 11E sketch is 45 to 60 working days.
- 11E sketch will be provided, which is valid for 6 months period.
- Within 30 days from getting 11E sketch you have to complete the balance payment as per the schedule and proceed for registration.

We will register land in the name of our client. Our client will be the absolute land owner
On completion of land registration, Customer has to enter into an service agreement and leave license agreement with NTT to facilitate and to provide the rights to NTT for maintaining the land and to facilitate the periodical harvesting of fruits and final harvest of trees.
NTT has two concepts;
- Yearly maintenance cost to be paid to NTT for maintenance of your land and ensuring the safety and security for the plants.
- Own a land without any periodical maintenance cost. For more details contact our office. Invest now and relax, keep getting periodical incomes and huge income on final harvest.
From the inter crops planted in your land, periodical income will be earned. NTT will share the complete income earned on harvesting the inter crops to land owners directly
No. Entire earnings earned from the inter crop in your land will be passed on to land owner.
Yes, NTT will assist its customers right from
- Getting the permission from the government authorities for harvesting
- Cutting the fully grown trees
- Facilitating transport
- Getting the technical test done for the harvested timber
- Classification of harvested timber into various categories for price determination
- Facilitating sales for the harvested timer which is categorised
- Ensuring the Sale amount reaches the customer account
- NTT will take certain % (viz 30%) of sale amount as agreed in the agreement.
As mentioned in previous FAQ’s, on entering into service agreement and leave license agreement with NTT, NTT will take care of land and provide the Dog squad, gun mans at the required time, 24*7 security, CCTV surveillance, and fencing for the complete area of land and trees.
Any additional security required by customer, has to be borne by customer at additional cost.
